Introduction to Aerobatics.
The extra few minutes gives time to climb to a good height, well clear of the airport traffic, and for you to gets some hands-on experience on the Firefly. Then your instructor will teach you how to fly a loop or a roll yourself (yes, it is possible in the time)
The Vintage Aerobatic Flight.
Not for the faint hearted (or those prone to motion sickness), but an unforgettable experience if you are bold enough to try it. Your instructor will show you how to fly the loops & rolls. Alternatively you can spend all of your 30 minute flight practicing one simple manoeuvre such as a loop until you can fly it perfectly yourself.
All flights are with qualified flying instructors and are intended to be of an instructional as well as recreational nature.
- The flight also includes a pre-flight briefing which lasts about 15 minutes. This briefing goes through the basic controls of the aircraft which are demonstrated during the flight.
- After the flight the instructor will also de-brief their student and present them with their own 'Certificate of Flight' personalised with the instructors comments.
- All the necessary clothing provided for flights in our aircraft.

Flights operate all year
Duration
Your flights will last around 30 minutes each. Chock-to-chock time: 20-25mins and half an hour for briefings, embarking and certificates. Please allow an additional two to three hours to your chock-to-chock timing for the whole experience..

Restrictions:
- Persons up to 6'6" and 242 lbs (110 Kgs) can normally be accommodated without problems. Persons in excess of those figures or who know they have a potential problem with some particular aspect of size or weight, should consult with us at time of booking.
- There is no minimum age limitation. Children, however, must be sufficiently intellectually mature (in the opinion of the instructor conducting the flight) to fully understand the instructions given to them before the flight, and in the air; they must also be tall enough to see out of the cockpit and able to reach the controls. Minors will not be allowed to fly without the written consent of a parent or guardian. There is no maximum age limitation.
- Please be advised this may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, giddiness or blackouts, high blood pressure, or heart conditions. For their own safety diabetics may be required to produce a medical certificate. No previous flying experience is required.
Spectators:
- Your relatives and friends are most welcome to come along on the day and witness your experience. There is no cost.
