Howdy, it’s time to sort out hats and get a safety briefing from your trail leaders before mounting your trusty steed and heading off for some mounted instruction... ‘Cowboy Style’... settling you on your mount and getting you in control (hopefully !!). Then it’s off across the New Forest, riding over the heathland, amongst the wild forest ponies and cattle, before heading into the woodlands where you may be lucky and spot one of the many herds of wild deer.
Meanwhile the BBQ’s a cookin’, so there’s plenty of hot food, soft drinks and hot coffee awaitin’ yer return. You don't have to be a ‘John Wayne’ to trail ride...most of our riders have never been on horses before. So.. there’s no excuse…’Get yer jeans on and ride the range’.
