Of course, activities like this are most rewarding for those who are able to play a full part in sailing the boat, moving around on deck as necessary. But less agile people can still have a great day out on the water. Of course, you do need to be able to clamber on and off the boat, and move around when you're in the way. You certainly don't need to be an athlete. You don’t need any experience.
We provide waterproof outer clothing and full safety equipment including self-inflating lifejackets. All you need to bring are grippy, soft-soled shoes and plenty of versatile layered clothing.
