If you choose postal delivery, your personalised gift pack will be sent in plain packaging. There is no charge for delivery in the UK. Packs are normally sent by first class post on the same day when the order is placed before 2.00pm that day. Please allow two to three working days for delivery. For shipping outside UK there is a charge of £2.50

The gift pack can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If your pack goes astray in the post we will provide a duplicate free of charge.

Special Delivery

Orders received by 12pm on a working day Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day.

For these next working day deliveries to UK mainland addresses, our non-refundable special delivery charges are as follows:

Special delivery charges in the UK: By 1.00 pm next day £7.50

Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
