How do I buy online?


  • Go to the product page and Select the no of vouchers.
  • Click BUY NOW Select your chosen delivery option. If you have a reservation code please apply now, and then go to checkout. If you are a new customer at Gift Heaven you will be asked to register. After your first purchase with us, any time you come back to the site you just need to log in with your existing details.
  • If the item is a Gift add your personalised message for the recipient.
  • Enter your delivery and billing details.
  • Pay and confirm your order.
  • Please make a note of your order number. Your Presentation pack will be despatched to you by your chosen delivery method the same working day if your order is placed prior to 2pm.

Are my details safe if I buy online?

  • Your payment details are entered directly on to secure servers provided by Protx. Gift Heaven at no time see or hold your credit card details during the transaction to ensure you have 100% security.

Can I pay by cheque?


To pay by cheque select the product(s) you wish to purchase and send a cheque made payable to Gift Heaven with the product name and number, any personal message, who the Gift is for and who it is from and where and to whom you would like your gift delivered. Please clearly include all your contact details.

What will I receive?


Having made your purchase, and should you choose postal delivery, you will be sent one of our fabulous presentation packs in plain cover. This will include the Gift Voucher and a separate description of the day with all the necessary booking details.

You will receive instant online confirmation from our payment provider and a confirmation email from Gift Heaven.

All of our gift presentation packs are sent out Royal Mail first class post the same day (Free UK delivery) if we receive the order by 2pm. We can offer next day delivery service at an additional cost of £7.50. You can choose this at checkout.

Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please call the number on the voucher or information sheet when you are ready to go and all the necessary arrangements will be made so that all you have to do is arrive.

Do I need to book a specific date for the activity?


No, all Gift Heaven activity vouchers are open dated so your recipient is free to choose their preferred date (subject to availability). Most Gift Heaven vouchers are valid for 12 months, so that the recipient can choose their preferred date (subject to availability). Return to top of page

How do I book my voucher?


Please take a look at your activity sheet and call the booking number quoting your Gift Heaven Voucher number and expiry date. If there are multiple locations please call your preferred location. If you have a cash or experience voucher i.e. Blue, Gold etc with multiple choices you can book online by clicking on the redeem voucher link at the top of the page. Return to top of page

I have lost my voucher, can I get a replacement?


If your voucher is lost or stolen and not already been redeemed we can cancel it and provide a replacement voucher. There is a £10 administration charge for this service. Return to top of page

Can I extend the validity of my voucher?


All Gift Heaven vouchers have a maximum of 12 months validity. If the voucher has not been redeemed within this period we are happy to extend your voucher for an additional 6 months. There is a £20 administration charge for this service and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference.

Vouchers can only be extended if they are still within their expiry date. Return to top of page
