Learn to make everyday Indian cuisine at The Saffron House from party canapés to traditional spicy chicken. Whatever your experience level come and learn the fundamentals to give you the confidence to work with a range of spices. There will be tips throughout the session on how to work with spices, marinate food and provide low fat options. The course is entirely hand on with you doing all the cooking. Groups are a maximum of 5 delegates and lots of fun.
