You will be using a selection of fresh ingredients such as juicy vine ripened tomatoes, olives, pancetta, tender chicken, herbs and spices, wines and vinegar – the list goes on and on. So dust off your pasta machine and book onto this Italian experience, you can even try making your own ciabatta with a glass of chilled Chianti
