Your Journey:

Enjoy a delicious three course lunch, accompanied by half a bottle of wine, on your journey to the traditional English seaside town of Folkestone. After skirting the Kent coast, the train stops at Dover where you are met by your guide who will accompany you on the coach transfer to 'The Leas' at Folkestone. On arrival you will have some free time (approximately 45 minutes) to stretch your legs. The famous mile long cliff-top promenade demonstrates how the Edwardian elegance of the town lives on. On your return journey afternoon tea will be served with a glass of chilled champagne.

Please note: the return journey to London may be delayed as the train also carries passengers returning from the continent. Passengers should bear this in mind when making plans for the evening or onward connections.
