What to Wear.
Please wear loose clothing which you don't mind getting dirty or putting holes in. Rock Climbing is notoriously adventurous and you might get muddy or covered in slime !
For your Feet.
As far as footwear is concerned, please wear SOFT SOLED shoes. Hard walking boots or steel toe caps are not permitted at Harrison's Rocks, due to the soft, fragile nature of the rock. Trainers are ideal.
What not to wear.
If you normally wear jewellery, especially rings, it is advisable to leave these at home.
The Common Sense bit.
Please be aware of the weather. Waterproofs are always a good idea with our unpredictable climate. You might also like to bring a drink or flask.
Food
If your course is all day, please remember to bring a packed lunch.
Weather:
If it is raining on the day of your course, it is more than likely that we will still go ahead. In exceptional circumstances it may be that the course will be postponed, but please still turn up if it looks like rain, there's always plenty to do.
