If you wish, you can get involved with hoisting and trimming the sails under the Skipper’s careful supervision... or if that sounds too daunting, just sit back and enjoy the cruise with your fellow crew. This teak decked, twin wheeled 45' Dufour is coded for up to 10 people, 12 under special circumstances. Families welcome.

Half Day Cruise Sample Itinerary:
- 09:30 /14.00: Meet the instructors at our cabin on the West Jetty.
- 09:50 / 14:20 Board your yacht and after a safety briefing, head out to sea. You can sit back and enjoy the cruise or get involved with hoisting and trimming the sails.
- 12:30 / 17:00 Return to the Marina and disembark. Logbooks can be signed off for those who want to take their sailing further. A morning or afternoon (you choose) in open seas. The skipper will be on hand at all times to show you how to handle a luxury yacht worth over quarter of a million!.. or sit back and merely enjoy the cruise!

- 09:30 Meet the Skipper at our cabin on the West Jetty.
- 09:50 Board your yacht and after a safety briefing, head out to sea for the morning. You can sit back and enjoy the cruise or even get involved with trimming the sails.
- 12:30 Lunch (included) Depending on conditions, return to the marina, anchor off Brighton beach, head to Eatbourne, or if conditions are too good to stop, have lunch on the go!
- 17:00 Return to the Marina and disembark. Logbooks can be signed off for those who want to take their sailing further.

Restrictions:
Minimum age is 11 accompanied by paying adult. Maximum weight is 16 stone. You don't need any previous sailing experience, but you need to be reasonably fit. Non-swimmers are welcome.
Weather:
Sailing is a weather dependent activity It's vital that you call the venue the day before you go to confirm conditions.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to come down to the pontoon and wave you off. The race can be viewed from the breakwater or the beach.
Dress Code:
Dress warmly and wear flat, soft-soled shoes, e.g. deck shoes or trainers. Wear lots of layers, as even in summer it can get cold out at sea. Bring an anorak, lip balm and sunblock. Life-jackets and all sailing gear will be provided.
