Itinerary:
9.45am – Meet and greet with fresh coffee and croissants, Stein will explain day’s events.
Health and safety procedure.
Issue of The Smart School aprons, for guests to keep.
10.00am – Stein will demonstrate making fresh breads.
11am to 2pm - Stein will prepare and demonstrate one dish at a time for everyone to follow and taste test.
Guests will be invited to help cook, all dishes will be provided on a smaller basis for everyone to eat along with selected suitable wines throughout the day.
Stein will keep you entertained with stories of his life and times whilst working with Jean Christophe Novelli, Gary Rhodes and Keith Floyd.
Fine wines and champagnes will be served throughout the day to compliment each dish.
Fresh local produce will be used for all courses. An interesting ‘goodie bag’ will be presented to each guest.
