Next it's your turn to put your training into practice with three driving sessions.
Your instructor will assess and time you for a combination score for the 'Driver of the Day' award. Each participant will receive a certificate of achievement and a trophy is awarded to the 'Driver of the Day'.
Duration of each session is 60 minutes, based on a 5:1 ratio, therefore each driver is allocated 12 minutes in each session. Approximate driving time is plus a demo lap and high speed chauffeured ride.

Allow 4 hours for this activity, with approximately 25 minutes driving time plus a demo lap plus a thrilling high speed chauffeured ride
AM Session
9.00 Arrive, safety briefing, tea, coffee, etc.
9.30 - 10.30 Session 1 - Slow demo lap for stage viewing and covering/showing techniques, then it's straight into the driving seat as your instructor teaches handbrake turns and controlled power slides.
10.30 - 11.30 Session 2 - Learn further techniques used to drive a 4 wheel drive turbo charged car.
11.30 - 12.30 Session 3 - This session starts with practice laps and then it's time to put your new found skills to the test. Your instructor will assess and time you for a combination score for the 'Driver of the Day' award.
12.30 Now it's time for a high speed chauffeured ride from your instructor, see how the professionals do it!.
12.45 Prize giving - Each participant will receive a certificate of achievement and a trophy is awarded to the 'Driver of the Day'.

This activity is based on a 5:1 ratio.
Things to know:
You will be required to sign an indemnity on the day stating 'I hereby declare that I am in good health and that my eyesight is up to the standard required for a road driving test and that I am not suffering from epilepsy of haemophilia or any other illness or disability that might make it unsafe for me to drive a motor vehicle. I am not under the influence of alcohol, unprescribed drugs or drugs which could cause drowsiness.
Participants must be a minimun of 5'0" and a maximum 6'6" and weighing no more than 16 stone
Clothing Required:
Wear casual clothing and soft soled shoes suitable for driving.
Spectator Information:
For safety reasons, these numbers are restricted to 2 per driver. We cannot allow persons under the age of 14 to spectate and if between the ages of 14 & 16 must be accompanied by a spectating adult. Additional spectators may be pre-booked (subject to availability and at a small charge). NO DOGS ALLOWED.
Meal Arrangements:
Complimentary tea, coffee, squash and biscuits are available thoughout the day.
Weather Restrictions:
This course will only be cancelled in the case of extreme weather conditions and an additional date will be arranged.
