If you are a group and would like to enjoy a traditional English afternoon tea whilst cruising through London on the River Thames, we can reserve tables for you on board a modern RiverLiner™ on one of our scheduled sightseeing trips. A spoken commentary for the cruise is provided in English and available in French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Mandarin. The bar will be open throughout your trip for the purchase of soft and/or alcoholic drinks.
Sightseeing Tea:
Scones and jam, a selection of sandwiches and cakes and tea or coffee.
The Route:
Circular Tour Tower Pier 15.05 to Westminster and back
Round trip 1 hour 15 minutes
Westminster Pier:
is close to Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Whitehall and the Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms
Waterloo Millennium Pier
is next to the London Eye and close to the world-renowned South Bank arts complex
Embarks Tower Pier:
Next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Greenwich Pier:
provides easy access to the World Heritage Centre of Greenwich, home of the famous tea clipper Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum, the Queen’s House, the Old Royal Observatory - and time itself. Thursdays to Sundays inclusive Greenwich also has a traditional covered market.
