Welcome tea or coffee. Pat will begin the course with a brief talk on Thailand and its unique cuisine. Authentic herbs and ingredients, (including chillies), which make Thai food so fragrant, will be passed around the group.

Dominique will prepare Som Tom (spicy green papaya salad) using a pestle and mortar, and a fresh Green Curry Paste, using a food processor. Pat will talk ‘noodles’, the different types and cooking methods. Tips and quick tricks will be shared. Together they will demonstrate a Thai main course which will serve 6 people. During the experience, the group will be able to ask questions and sample all the dishes cooked.
